Heads up on some original art

It’s December!
Ok, so this is just a heads up that I WILL be posting a few paintings online for purchase. It’s the holiday’s and several have expressed that they are gift shopping for new art, so I’m pulling a few pieces I am working on for spring shows and will go ahead and post them on etsy….soon. I am only posting a few…around 4 or 5. So if you are interested and want to be the first to know so you can take a look at them, be sure and subscribe to my art news blog here . Blog subscribers are going to get a 12 hour heads up.

Some info on what I am posting…
- All paintings will measure 8″ x 24″ x .75″ (long landscapes)
- All paintings are rolling hill landscapes w/ big sky clouds on the horizon.
- All pieces will be sale priced for collectors at $125 + shipping for 3 days. After that, they will be pulled and put back into the spring show collection for the Ackworth Art Fest.

“Cloud 9″ – Now Available in Print

Ok, so I’m finally done with 15 paintings for Taipei. I had to take a photo of myself with each painting for the show (lol, don’t worry, I won’t post each one). After I sent all my photos, I got an e-mail back stating that they wanted a bunch more. 20 more. Oh my goodness, what else will these girls be up to I wonder? Honestly, I have not a clue as I type this…but sketching will begin next week. Unfortunately this means, no new originals will be posted in my online art shop for quite a while. So Sorry

Soooooo, I will be working on getting signed limited editions released this week. All signed prints will be limited to 20 in each edition. I will also be making these available in poster prints for those who want something larger…but they won’t be signed or made by me. All of my limited editions are printed on 8×10 size paper.

So here is a picture of the original painting that I’ve titled “Cloud 9″. The original will be on exhibit at X-Power Gallery in Taipei, Taiwan in early 2012.
